Inner Child Healing
Heal the childhood wounds behind your relationships, people-pleasing and fear of abandonment.
Welcome!
I’m Neemisha Shakti, a trauma‑informed healer and coach. Since 2015, I’ve supported women to heal childhood trauma, release people‑pleasing, and create relationships that finally feel safe and loving.
Neemisha- Trauma Informed Healer and Coach
Helping women remember who they are and reconnect with their authentic voice, worth, power and Shakti.
You may be strong, caring and capable, yet still find yourself overgiving, silencing your needs, fearing rejection or trying to earn love from people who cannot fully meet you.
Inner child healing helps you understand where these patterns began so you can stop abandoning yourself to keep love.
Do you recognise yourself?
You may:
Feel anxious when someone becomes distant
Struggle to say no without guilt
Put everyone else's needs before your own
Feel ashamed for having needs
Fear rejection or abandonment
Find yourself drawn to emotionally unavailable people
Keep overgiving in relationships
Suppress anger to keep the peace
These patterns may have begun as ways of staying safe, loved and accepted in childhood.
Who I work with?
I work with women who are ready to understand the deeper childhood wounds behind the patterns they keep repeating in adulthood.
You may be someone who:
Struggles with people-pleasing or putting yourself last
Feels anxious when someone becomes distant
Is drawn to emotionally unavailable partners
Fears rejection, abandonment or being alone
Finds it difficult to express your needs
Feels guilty or selfish when you say no
Suppresses anger to avoid conflict
Overgives in relationships
Finds yourself constantly trying to earn love or approval
Grew up feeling you had to be good, quiet, helpful or responsible
Understands your patterns intellectually but still feels emotionally stuck
You do not need to have everything figured out before we work together.
We begin with what is happening in your life now and gently explore what may be underneath it. You may resonate with this work if you are experiencing:
How I Support You?
My work focuses on emotional healing, inner child healing and feminine empowerment.
My work is not about telling you what to do or trying to fix you. I support you in creating a safe space to slow down, listen inwardly and understand the parts of you that may still be carrying old pain, fear, shame or unmet needs.
Together, we may explore:
Inner child wounds
Abandonment and rejection
Good Girl conditioning
People-pleasing and self-abandonment
Shame around having needs
Relationship and attachment patterns
Suppressed anger, grief or sadness
Boundaries and self-trust
Reparenting and emotional safety
My approach can include inner child work, emotional processing, somatic awareness, parts work, breathwork and intuitive practices.
The intention is to help you build a deeper relationship with yourself so you can begin responding from the woman you are now, rather than automatically reacting from old wounds.
What You Can Expect?
• a safe and confidential space
• a compassionate and trauma-informed approach
• intuitive guidance tailored to your needs
• sessions that honour your pace and nervous system
This work is for women who are ready to go deeper and create lasting change from within.

Many women find themselves putting others first, saying yes when they want to say no, and feeling responsible for everyone else's happiness. People pleasing often begins as a survival pattern learned early in life. In this article, we explore why people pleasing develops, how the Good Girl pattern shapes our behaviour, and how healing the nervous system and reconnecting with your inner voice can help you begin coming home to yourself.
