This is a safe, nurturing space for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. My work is feminine, holistic, and trauma-informed, gently supporting the nervous system while listening to the body and emotions beneath your experiences.
This is an invitation to rest, to feel, and to return to your inner wisdom- remembering who you are and coming home to your power, confidence, self-worth, and freedom.

A feminine and Holistic Approach
My way of working is gentle, feminine, and holistic. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the root causes held in the body, emotions, and nervous system. Many women come to me after seeing doctors or trying talking therapy, affirmations, or visualisation, noticing some relief, but finding that their struggles return or never fully settle.
Healing becomes more sustainable when the nervous system feels safe. I work intuitively as well as with a range of healing modalities including:
Inner child healing,
Tapping,
Breathwork,
Chakra meditation,
Energy work,
Gentle somatic movement
to support regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body.
Who I work with?
I work with women who appear strong, capable and successful on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected within.
Many of the women I support are high-achieving and used to being the responsible one. They have spent years meeting expectations, caring for others, and holding everything together. Despite this, they often feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of who they are beyond their roles.
They may have already tried therapy, self-development or spiritual practices, yet sense that something deeper still needs attention. Often, there is a quiet feeling of not being enough, difficulty setting boundaries, or a sense of disconnection from their own needs, emotions and inner voice.
